5. Limitation of Liability
Flavify Labs is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

While we strive to provide accurate and reliable information, Flavify Labs makes no guarantees regarding accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Gurgaon, Haryana.
